The Dominican Republic mission trip

Here’s the details

• What will we be doing?
  We will be working with missionary Jen Kubasch, DR Vision, and the women of Mercy Workshop/New Hope Girls Home. We will spend time with the women, come alongside them, lift them up, and do whatever is needed to further their mission. These women have been saved from prostitution and life on the street. We will also do several outreaches where we share the gospel with kids. Our men will be completing some building projects! We will start and end our days together.

• What do I need?
  You will need a current passport, a carry on packed for Tuesday to Sunday, and a heart ready to serve.

• When is the trip?
  April 21st - April 26th, 2026

• What is the cost?
  Total cost is $1400 per person. This includes your travel, lodging, and meals. $50 is due after signup contact. $450 is due at the end of February, March, and before we leave in April- or you can pay in full at any point.

• How do sign ups work?

  Jen suggests small groups due to the nature of the work and the size of the missions we will be serving. Sign ups will be timestamped to determine the first 20, and they will appear on this page at 12pm, January 12th. The form includes a question asking what motivates you to go on this trip- so be thinking on your answer before Monday! Hannah will reach out to you by the end of the day Monday and let you know where you are on the list. If you are not one of the 20, she will let you know where you are on the waitlist in case someone isn’t able to go. Don’t despair! This is a yearly trip.
